Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This applies exclusively to non-customized products (e.g. T-shirts).
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods
- that are not prefabricated and
- for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
- that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to my handmade necklaces, as each piece is made to order and varies according to the customer’s specifications in terms of color, pattern, or material.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal is legally excluded for these items (Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).
Consequences of Withdrawal (for T-shirts and other non-customized items)
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option offered, no later than 14 days after the returned item has been received. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. I recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as I cannot assume liability for loss or damage during the return shipment.
Additional costs for special shipping methods selected by you (e.g. express shipping) will not be refunded.
